strawberries were really cheap.. like 99cents a punnet.. so i decided to do chocolate coated strawberries for deserts :)
its really easy and yummy. hehe..
ingredients
150g chocolate (milk or dark or white)
250g strawberries
method
1. place chocolate in a metal bowl and place over a pot of boiling water
2. keep stirring chocolate till all is melted
3. dip strawberries into melted chocolate and place on a plate or tray lined with baking paper
4. refrigerate till chocolate sets
